Soccer...The Strikers!

So Alissa decided that she wanted to try out soccer this year and just her luck her daddy is her coach! They had their first game last week and they played hard, but lost the game. Alissa did a great job and scored one of the two goals that they made. She really liked playing and played really hard! So maybe my baby girl will grow up to be a soccer player....although she wants to do competitive cheerleading this year too. So we will see...

Easter 2010

We had a great day on Easter. We spent time together as a family. The early afternoon was spent on the beach. We got some great rays and then headed to Nana's house. Nana and Nati hid a bunch of eggs and Alissa and Drew went out for the hunt. Alissa and Drew found all of the eggs, of course with a little help from Uncle Ryan and Uncle Josh. After the hunts (Alissa made everyone hide the eggs a least 4 times), we played Wii and had a great dinner. Boy do we love it when everyone gets together! I especially love to get to play with Drew Dog!

Spring Break 2010

So for Spring Break we decided to take a trip down south. We headed down to Tampa/Clearwater/Saint Pete. So Mom, Dad, Bro, Joel, Alissa and I hopped in the car and headed out. We spent time at the beautiful beaches, wishing of course that we could enjoy the beaches on a daily basis! We went to Bush Gardens and the Florida Aquarimine. The trip went way too fast and we all wished that we had stayed a little longer! It was a great trip!

Okay so me and blogging haven't been getting along lately. So here I am playing catch up. Let see...the first big thing of the year was my favorite Nephew, Andrew "Drew Dog", was born on January 7. He is the cutest thing ever!! Here are a few pics....

Baby Shower

My sister is having her first baby in the begining of January. She still has not figured out what she is having...BOO!! Its been driving me nuts, but I guess I will be finding out in about 5 weeks. So at the end of October my mother and I threw her a baby shower. I love to throw parties so I had a blast and I think all of the guests did too. Jen got so many things, that I don't think she had to much left to buy! I can't wait to meet the little girl or boy!!

OCT

Well its been a long time since I updated this blog, so I will have to go back to Oct to catch everyone up....

Lets start with Alissa's 7th Birthday...boy I can't believe how big she has gotten! She is turning into a beautiful (rotten) girl! So this year she got three cakes all in different cities...the first was with me in Tallahassee...

Her second cake was with daddy and my family in Jacksonville, I had to work so I wasn't there. The third cake was in Orlando and it was for three generations: Great Grandma, Mommy (me) and Ali....

For Alissa's birthday we decided to go to Discovery Cove in Orlando and swim with the dolphins. It was such a wonderful experience!! If you ever get a chance to go...do it! So worth it!!
